Can anyone recommend a really good artist who would be able to produce oil paintings on canvas, or something that looks like it, from pictures of characters in their costume and makeup? If there are any recommendations, please either post the info here or feel free to email me at info@raycliffmanor.com

I'm hoping to be able to see some examples of the artist's work. Thanks!

Kelly

My brother is a tattoo artist and does a lot of portrait work. Go to his myspace page at www.myspace.com/aneyeforartnet. There is some artwork on there that he did on mickey mouse from a photo to a picture.

I can get you his cell phone number if you are interested.

Jeff Preston in Nashville is a haunt guy and artist. He is an illustrator for a lot of monster magazines.

You don't say how fast you need them or how much you are willing to pay, but the quick and easy way is to photography your characters, do a little work in Photoshop and send them to a specialized photo lab for printing on canvas.

Wow! Thanks so much for the replies here on the forum and for all the email replies! I really have a lot of options to consider. I'm looking into this for next year, so there is no urgency on this right now. Thanks again for all the referrals. I'll check them out!;)

Kelly,

Try Chris Kuchta.

AWESOME portrait artist.

Contact him, tell him Rotting Flesh Radio sent you. I just was talking to him this weekend. He did a fine art piece for Robert Englund and had him sign it too this weekend.

Great Oil Painting.
