We had a local pizza franchise agree to put our coupons on every pizza during October (2000/week). Gave them a few dozen tickets for their workers. The ast mgr we gave them to quit the very next day and took the tickets with him. They were not numbered that year and they asked for more tickets so we replaced them.

One Saturday night someone was hawking the tickets in my line but the only one out there at the time was the deputy. He said later he didn't know about the stolen tickets and didn't bother telling anyone. Had I caught them they would have been arrested and sued civilly as well.

On the positve side, we were tickled that we had made the "scalper" big time as a haunt. lol
