When someone is looking for an animal replica, I normally leap to taxidery forms as they work very well. Sharks (most fish nowadays) are not mounted on a form at all, they are reproduced from photographs via painting premade fiberglass forms.
So when I went looking for you that is the bulk of what I turned up. search shark repro as that is what the taxidermists call them. Here are some good ones

Not used, but not to pricey either

Creative Visions sells a very realistic shark animatronic but I think its in the 60 to 70 thousand dollar range. They also sell a very realistic looking swordfish but that isnt a shark. LOL!
