Lately there has been alot of discussion about poor customer service with some vendors in our industry. I think it is just as important to point out when a customer receives good customer service . This was the case when I called Digital Light and Sound to resolve a couple of issues. I first contacted them about a month ago to check on the status of my order. He explained the reason for the delay and assured me the order would arrive soon. I received my order a couple days ago and inside the box was a letter apologizing for the delay and offering a discount on my next order. I will recommend them to others and continue to use them in the future.
