I'm looking for a mask, and I'm hoping somebody here can help me find one that would work for me. I do not want a "normal" mask, I would like one that gives my act a bit of personality. I'd like a mask that could show my facial expressions, but I can not afford a high quality silicone mask, and, from what I hear, foam latex masks are not very good. I can not afford all the spirit gum that would be needed for a latex prosthetic, nor do I have the artistic ability that would be needed to paint one. Does anyone have any suggestions?

What kind of character is it for, or what is the theme of the haunt you work for?

There really is no set theme for the house. As for me, I'll be happy being anything that moves around a lot. I think a clown would be the best bet for me.

they have lots of movement in many of their designs. they also have a great moving "super soft" old man mask that would look super creepy if you put clown make up on it.

Thanks for the website! I didn't much care for the old man mask, but I did find this one (http://www.zagonestudios.com/Products/zs_M6005.html), and it would work perfect! So, thanks again!

Allen also makes a pretty sweet clown mask.

Check out this link for one he created.

Has anyone had any experience with the Brow Raisers' brand of halloween mask? (http://www.costumecraze.com/MASK372.html)

It looks really cool, and its about $40 cheaper than the Zagone mask I wanted. Still, I thought it best to ask the pros first. :)

I have never heard of them, it looks neat- small but neat. I really wish it covered more of the head- and The durability of the movement mechanism would have to be tested. If you get one please give us a report. Ive never seen them at a trade show. Neat find.

What I plan to do is wear the mask with this (http://www.spirithalloween.com/product/hooded-black-adult-robe/) to hide the part of my head that it doesn't cover.
Also, the cheapest I could find the mask at a reputable store is here (http://www.wondercostumes.com/alien-mask-adult-mask-ptamaml.html)

Well, after being dissappointed with the Brow Raiser's mask, I've finally chosen one that I can stick with. It looks like a ventriloquist dummy, and the mouth moves. I'm pretty sure I can come up with a cool character with it. If you want to see it, it is in my new avatar pic.
