View Full Version : Anyone else having order issues with Minions Web?

Out of all the orders we placed at TransWorld in March, every single one was processed and received by the end of April, all with outstanding customer service from multiple vendors.

However, we are having further issues with Minions Web. Is anyone else having a problem contacting Cory or not received their order yet?

We placed a small order at TransWorld, deposit charged sometime in late April/early May with updated order # emailed to us.

-Spoke to owner one or twice back in May just to have an idea when orders were being sent out (June 15th-July 15th) which was fine by us.
-Have called and left multiple messages in the past month with no response as to status of order, other half has still not been charged.
-I understood the owner was dealing with personal things when I last spoke to him but it's been since about mid-May since I've been able to contact him...

Any help in contacting someone else with Minions Web would be greatly appreciated!

I have not received my order yet either from them. I ordered with them at TW and talked to them at MHC about it, they had the order so now it is a waiting game.

We only ordered a bunch of WebGun sticks so nothing big, but I was surprised they came a few months ago which is earlier than the previous year.

Any updates from you guys who are STILL WAITING on your Minions Web order???

Yet again called and left messages in the past few days.

This is the absolute worst vendor I have ever done business with. Completely unacceptable two have zero communication in 2 months about our order.

Corey may have good products, but is terrible at customer service and doing business. He was even completely unorganized at TransWorld in the way he handled business and/or the order.

The first and last time we ever spoke on the phone was early May.

Just placed an order last week, we'll have to see... I sure hope it gets here before we open!

I saw Minion's Web at MHC and was going to order from them for my home haunt. I had heard that they had problems with shipment delays so I tried a company called Haunting FX. Ordered an air cannon and a torso lifter and received both within a few weeks. I also tried some fog juice from Master Fog which was awesome! Came super quick. Sinister Signs also had some awesome stuff and I ordered a few stock signs. I guess I would rather a company tell me that they don't have time for more orders than play a waiting game. Good luck to you guys that ordered from Minion's Web hope you get your products before your season opens.

I have been trying to get in touch with Minions Web for about a month. I have called numerous time and left messages. No one has ever called me back. I have sent numerous emails again no answer. If I can't get in touch with a vendor I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM PERIOD. I make it a habit to call or email first before I order. You can't go wrong with good customer service. Minions Web does not get my business.

We tried to do business with them years ago, they didn't send what they promised, had our money, screamed and yelled at us and treated us like we were dirt. I can honestly tell you that we have NEVER no matter what vendor ever dealt with people that bad before... here is hoping they change, something gives but it appears it hasn't.
If you want a web shooter you should be ordering them from www.ghostride.com they have the best ones.

Well I guess we're not the only ones continuing to call, email, and leave messages for Minions Web...yet again tried calling a few times today with some bs answering machine that is of course full...

We received an email from them (more than likely automated) stating the other half of the order was finally charged, with updated order #. No indication of when it will be shipped. This was 2 weeks ago. And now going on a solid 3 months of zero communication...

If anyone else hears from them please respond or PM to help the rest of us who are awaiting their orders. Hands down worse business we have ever dealt with, not even specific to the haunt industry.

It boggles my mind that Cory said he's been in business 8 years when we placed order at TransWorld.
