I think everyone is on the same page with this sentiment. I'm PRETTY sure FrightProps is the best thing to happen to this industry. Knee-deep in the season and they STILL deliver!!

i have ordered small and big orders from them and all i can say is wow they are as good as it gets for sure !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

with all these horror stories about customer "NO SERVICE", it's great to hear about this great vendor !!!!! keep up the great work !!!!!! hats off to you and your company !!!!

I dont think I have ever dealt with a vendor like Fright Props, even outside the haunt industry. They are beyond responsive and come through ever time. My hat is off to them.

We ordered some stuff from them and got everything really quick! Great job!

Thanks to these forums people know when a vendor is doing a good job or scamming people... seems like we are full of scam artists or should I say vendors with good intentions but don't know how to make a concept into orders.

I had big issue with Fright Props in the past and raked them over the coals on here before. That ordeal was addressed and catalog problems were not only cleaned up but they went even beyond adding more info/how to to it. I was going to post that they have twice in last week; once Doug himself; filled my order and shipped immediately. Only fitting that if you toss complaint in open; you toss praise after problem resolved and service is fantastic.

And I am guessing they are a little busy right now filling orders left and right. Everything was in stock too!!! Hats off to Doug and crew.

I just ordered a trigger - nothing big but I needed it this week. I got it three days after I ordered it! Outstanding Customer Service. But the best? I ran into a problem with a controller this afternoon and needed some help programming it. I sent them an email and lo and behold I had an answer within an hour! You guys rock!

I just made another order, LATE i might say....I got it right away AND as an added bonus, the sneaky fellas put a fake cock roach just inside the box for a little "hello". Very stressful time of the year right now, needed a good laugh. :D

I had a cockroach in my shipment as well. Wife did not think it was funny putting it on her pillow.

I have spent many hours on the phone with and e-mailing them. Not only do they get right back to you, but they make you feel like you are their only concern!

Hahahahaha! I got a roach in my last order as well. Won't lie, I jumped a little then had a great laugh. DEF appreciated it.
