We use New York Fire Shield. Ben Armstrong said he uses a company called Flame Control, and Flame Stop.

I've heard good things about all of them.

I've used Studio Tek for years, easy to apply.

What ever you use make sure to get the MSDS sheets and any thing else you can about the product.
I submit that with a statement stating how it was applied, the date and by whom.
Fire Dept loves it . One year the FD decided they would flame test everything. They hit Randy's haunts and took samples of all material and tired to ignite it.
I re-sprayed EVERYTHING the ay before inspection. It still smelled like the spray.

Inspector has definately noticed the smell by the third room and comments, "So you flame proofed everything pretty good?" I said I soaked the crap out of everything!! You won't be able to ignite anything with a blowtorch!!
He says '" I can tell" and never bothered testing!!

No matter the product, do NOT uses sparingly.
