Attention all Haunt Industry Vendors (please forward this email to any haunt vendors you may know!)

The International Association of Haunted Attractions (IAHA) and the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA) have teamed up to create benefits for haunted attraction members of both organizations, including a unique opportunity for Haunt Industry Vendors.

IAAPA will offer IAHA members a free trial membership valid from July 1, 2007 through December 31, 2007 (a $495 value). This membership will entitle all IAHA members to attend the IAAPA Attractions Expo 2007 in Orlando this November for the member rate of $80 (compared to the non-member price of $190). IAHA members will also be able to attend the Attractions Management School at the IAAPA member price of $210 (compared to the non-member price of $335) and the workshop sessions for free (compared to the non-member price of $285).

On Thursday, June 15, IAAPA is hosting a behind-the-scenes tour of Universal Studios’ Halloween Horror Nights. This event is open to all IAAPA and IAHA members. In addition to the trial IAAPA membership and the Halloween Horror Nights tour, there is also an exciting new program created exclusively for Haunt Industry Vendors called the Haunt Vendor Tour. This is a unique opportunity to help Haunt Industry Vendors get valuable exposure to international buyers. Haunt Industry Vendors who will be exhibiting at the IAAPA Attractions Expo 2007 this November will be able to participate in this tour for free.

As an exhibitor in IAAPA Attractions Expo, the amusement industry’s largest and most comprehensive trade show, you know the importance of turning potential buyers into real customers. The way to do that is to successfully drive traffic to your booth.

What is the Haunt Vendor Tour?

· IAAPA will take groups of attendees who are in the market for Halloween and Haunted House services and products to participating exhibitors on the show floor.
· The tour is scheduled for Friday, November 16 from 10:00 am – 12:00 noon.
· Each exhibitor will have 10 -12 minutes to make a presentation on their products and services to the group of potential buyers.
· Exhibitors will receive the registered attendee list.
· There will be interpreters present for international buyers.

IAAPA will confirm your registration and give you a scheduled time.

How much does it cost?

The Haunt Vendor Tour is completely free for exhibitors! But space on the schedule is limited as there is only two hours for the tour. Participating exhibitors will be accepted on a “first- come, first-served” basis.
