You may wish to post up more details such as the inventory of items and asking price.
reason being there was a scam artist a while back trying to sell but was quickly outed.
take a look at the other house ads on here and try and follow their lead.
(no interest, just bought another, picking up today)

I have gotten plenty of interest but no buyers yet! I am serious about selling my haunted house lot. I must sell it in fact, I have no choice because of bankruptcy. I am lowering the price AGAIN. This is now a ridiculous deal on a great lot. I need it gone fast! If you know of anyone that could use walls and commercial lumber props for a haunted house, let me know please!
Here's a few pics of the lot in storage:

Would you be willing to donate ANYTHING.
I have a home haunt an once i turn 19 im starting a small pro haunt
But right now i dont have the money so this would mean a lot to me if you could consider it. I understand its asking a lot so dont feel bad if you cant afford to lose anything

If no offers Woo, why not have Norton Auctioneers auction it off?

well I might consider that soon. I figured someone would pick it up at this price by now easy.... Thanks for the suggestion though- we'll see how it plays out.

What state are you in? And what was the name of this haunt. From the pictures it looks like it was pretty nice!

Is this attraction still available? If so, what's the square footage on it? My business partner and myself can pay cash ASAP for the entire lot if need be. Please email me at email@example.com
Thank you. -Tyler

Mike, it hurts that you would write these things. What is written above is not true. I practically gave this lot away to an upstart haunt in California months ago. I originally bought the lot as I am not a 501 c 3. It was not given to me at all - I paid for it. After losing so much money on the haunt and the materials because you weren't able to pay me, I ended up practically giving it away to an upstart haunt in California and have suffered financially since.
I really tried to help yall out with your haunt last year by letting you have everything for free up front - no money down (as you know, any $ you spend went to shipping, not me) and ended up paying even more out of my pocket to get the stuff out of the building in Little Rock ($1,500.00 I didnt have), so the new owner could come get it. I was put in a horrible situation and when I was offered a little for the materials, I had to take it because Moses-Tucker was threatening me for your payments......
I really do hope your Fear Asylum haunt goes well this year as I think you and Donna deserve it. I just wish I had an opportunity to do a haunt like you this year, but I am absolutely broke and owe so many creditors money - I even had to drop out of schooling this semester. I'll get through it somehow but please dont say I tried to scam you, that's what hurts me the most - after I tried to help you every way possible and I ended up like I am now.
