First off their website is back on line and is being updated. Secondly they are going to MHC and will have a booth with new product. Lastly, they just might become the new and only supplier of vac form for this industry.
Check out these and let your tongue roll out. They are vac form panels they will be selling on top of a zillion more they will start selling.

Any idea on pricing? Are they true 4x8? Painted, Unpainted?
05-22-2008, 08:56 PM
They are 90.00 per panel unpainted.
These are very thick and don't burn like some of the ones you saw at some of the shows. You don't want to buy any vac form made from styrene, if I spelled that right.
I think Keith can come on and explain more.
He's selling them like HOT CAKES!

I like the door.
05-22-2008, 09:25 PM
I think the door is supposed to be an asylum door.
05-22-2008, 09:34 PM
It looks good, I would suggest making some cool looking metal looking walls.

we have close to thirty designs. The picture you are looking at was sent out to get feedback on the paint for the purpose of display.
Yes this is an asylum door, there is also a matching wall that goes with the design.
Anyone interested feel free to email me about availablity. We own the machine so once we have a mold we can churn out about 8 per hour.

Do You really own the machine, I heard most of the companies out there send there work out, by the way the panels look very impressive.

Keith what is your email address?
05-23-2008, 08:31 PM
Beautiful work Keith, I'm glad you addressed the Fire, thickness issue. Most people don't realize what a no no this is. Have you ever formed in Kydex, I believe it is IFR, Inherently Flame Retardant?
05-23-2008, 09:04 PM
now thats some really good work. I'll be looking into getting some of these will you offer them painted also?
05-24-2008, 02:34 PM
Awesome stuff I really like it.
05-24-2008, 04:26 PM
Matt, No I have not but contact me so I can look into it.
Scattered - Yes that is the big question about painting. They are 90 unpainted, but everyone loves my paint work on them. So one of two ways, either one has me come out and I spend a day or two painting with your workers, instructing them, education etc... ( this is problem because then I am not in my shop ) or I offer a limited number painted say like 50 pcs and that is it.
Painted panels would be an additional 70 bucks a piece.

Can we see a preview of your inverted busts you mentioned or a preview of any other new work you are releasing soon. Do the penthouse chicks come with custom panels? LOL!

just uploaded our new site.
1) it is not complete.
2) there are probably typos, spelling etc...
3) I will be adding to it between now and MHC.

What plastic are you using for vacumn forming?
05-29-2008, 08:53 PM
"These dinner rolls will "sell like hot cakes!" said the bread delivery guy to me in a grocery store.
"To heck with the diner rolls, bring us some hot cakes then!"
i can't seem to find the hot cakes on scare parts website, "cupcakes", yes, I see them!
