I saw it and it was simply awesome!

It had a few unexplained flaws but overall I think this was exactly the way to go to relaunch this franchise! TOP NOTCH! Good job! Who else saw this awesome movie!

It was really good! I was impressed with the job they did with it. I'd love to see them bring it back as a tv series with those actors in the parts. It is going to suck to have to wait every two years for a fix.
And, I can't get that green Orion chick out of my head. She was smoking hot!

Saw it, thoroughly enjoyed it, never really been a fan, so kinda wanted to like it if Trekkies or Trekkers didn't, and vice versa, never really been a Trek fan. In the end it looks like both sides liked it, doesn't happen that often.

Well, Being a HUGE Star Trek fan I have to say I was impressed!! Tons of action, the characters were great.... I really enjoyed it!! Now only if most of the other movies they are remaking/re-imagining came out this great!!!!

If you haven't seen this one yet, don't hesitate, It's AWESOME!! Got Drag Me To Hell and The new Terminator to look forward to... hopefully they'll be good!!

I took my son (age 10) to see Star Trek this weekend.

Prior to this movie he was 100% loyal to anything and everything 'Star Wars' and had never showed interest in watching a single episode of anything 'Star Trek'.

After watching the movie?

He's been asking me a million questions about the Star Trek universe, was shocked that there's 10 movies and about a dozen different tv series, and wants to see all of them, right now. (oh, and he wants the Burger King glasses too.)

It was very cool to see a whole new universe open up in his eyes.

Michael,

My 17 yr old was the same. He never showed any interest in ST (which I'm a big Trekkie, collector, etc) Now he thought the movie was awesome and is curious about more ST universe. I loved it. Great to bring fathers and sons together isn't it.
