Hey where could I find some spray-on or even brush on prop hardener? I have an idea using a cheap 6 foot grim reaper prop and I'd like to turn it into something better making it look like a cement statue for our graveyard scene this year.

Hey Allen, what sources might you have on fiberglass? Where to buy it, How to work with it, etc?

You can buy fiberglass at most hardware or auto part stores, I have even seen some at walmart. It is a 2 part mix, the resin and hardener. I will be picking some up this week for another project so it will be my first time using it as well.

    O shawn-
I have gotten it from several places

    http://www.fiberglasssite.com/servlet/StoreFront

and of course the places that goat mentioned when i was in a pinch. I try to keep a few gallons of polyester resin on hand at all times, its darn useful stuff. get yourself some nitrile gloves and a respirator and start playing with it.
You can also use the cloth with expoxy resins, it is a strong weather resistant material.
