I bought one of these today at the store, Big Lots, and it's totally cool!!! I think in the right haunt hands, it could be a great prop if modified! http://youtu.be/9DyTx0hvmqE

Ok, I love it!! I love the fairy idea!
It will work great with our paleman actor we copied from Pan Labyrinth. He ate the heads off the fairies

Oh the fairy idea would be so awesome!! Please post some pics when you finish it! I would love to see it!!! And the Pale Man too, great thinking. I think you could work the jar into a super cool lantern type jar to carry around, possibly even add LED lighting too. It could be so stinkin cool!!

already working on a giant dragon fly. I got my butterfly about 2 months ago at wal mart. 12 bucks.

What a great simple Idea. The butterfly inventor surely hit the lotto on this one..................

Yeah these are so awesome! I think I sold about ten of them for Big Lots over the last few days. Everyone that sees it wants one!

I would LOVE to see your finished dragonfly. I am dragonfly obssessed, even have a dragonfly tattoo, and would LOVE to see what you come up with!

Here is my little one modelling the Paleman costume. The actor will be much taller. I still need to make a foam ribcage to fit underneath. I would like to have fairies in bottles along the wall with led lights. I hope our Walmart in Canada brings them in soon.

Yes, I made it, but I have no sewing or costuming talent at all!!
I drove to a taxidermist, who gave me a dozen coyotoe glass eyes.
I bought Allen Hopps AirBrush DVD and this was my first airbrush attempt.
I still need claws, ribs and work on the head.
Most people won't know what the heck it is, but I'm OK with that!!
