Is anyone required to use one because of their building code? Pulling panels together isn't rocket science though electrical maybe a different story. If you do use one what was the cost versus the # of sqft they did?

In the beginning I had to use them for everything and I mean EVERYTHING! As time has went on and the inspectors has got to know me they have got much better in allowing me to do set's my argument is were building sets not buildings or altering the structure!! I have permanent walls but non the less YES, YES, YES!!!! But again after the main walls they have understood set design much more! Shane and it's as I have got to know all the inspectors I have went from hating them to having the upmost respect for them! Shane
