Hey outdoor haunted trail and hayride professionals,
Do you guys get county permits regarding the trail, hayride, or parking of your visitors? I know if you sell food you've probably got health department permits... but what if there was no food sold? I'm not aware of anyone in my county of ever doing an organized / professional haunted trail or hayride so I've got no one to call about their experiences.
If so, what were the permits for and what government department issued them? Zoning and Planning?
And finally what's your interaction with the fire marshall?
Any experienced feedback would really, really help.
