I was just wondering, what kinds of buldings professional haunts are in. What kind of building is The Darkness, or what kind of bulding was Rocky Point in? Also, would a haunt do just as good in a pre-fabricated building rather than a permanent one? SOmething like this:

    Thanks,

That building is big and cool. with the right facade it could be something huge.(maybe) cause nothing is guaranteed to succeed

My haunt is in the back warehouse of a flea market. If you are creative enough you can make almost any type of structure work for a haunt.

I would give my left _ _ _ for a building like the one in the pic.

I would love to do a haunt in there. I looked on the site, but couldn;t find any prices. That would be a great building for a haunt.

Does the building in the picture have an inflatable roof or is that just an effect of the camera lense or something? The roofline bends "Out" slightly as if it is inflated.

Something you might want to think about with buildings like that is its ability to carry snow loads in your region. Just a thought.

I think it means, since your in Canada, would the roof of that building support heavy snow fall?

Snow loads on roofs depend on climatic variables such as the amount and type of snowfall, wind, air temperature, amount of sunshine, and on roof variables such as shape, thermal properties, exposure and surrounding environment. A knowledge of how they influence snow loads is of value not only for determining design snow loads but also for obtaining an appreciation of the reliability of calculated snow loads for a particular roof at a specific site.
