These are the vendors we did business with last year (our first pro season) and this year since TransWorld orders:
FrightProps (absolutely outstanding customer service, fast delivery, and awesome products)
-received TransWorld order in late April/early May, have placed and received another order since
Edge Design (same as above, great people)
-placed phone order toward end of May and received middle of June
Nightscream Studios (same praise)
-TrandWorld order received by end of April/early May
Froggy Fog (excellent customer service and products)
-TransWorld order placed and received by late April
Brutal Rust-easy transaction, order placed at TransWorld received by middle of May
***HOWEVER, awful communication and updates from:
-small order placed at TransWorld, deposit charged sometime in late April/early May with updated order #.
-spoke to owner one or twice back in May just to have an idea when orders were being sent out, late June/early July which is fine by us.
-Have called and left multiple messages in the past few weeks with no response as to status of order, other half has still not been charged.
-I understood the owner was dealing with personal things but it's been since about mid-May since I've been able to contact him...
Anyone else having order and/or serious communications issues with MINIONS WEB?
