    Decided I would have a go at making my own masks, "sock mask" style. Here is a progression thread of the mask.

    Mask continued, my 5 year old got a hold of my camera and took a zillion pics, the only one that looked good was the one of me laying down some cotton batting, so I thought I would throw that pic in for laughs.

    more continued #2, I added skin tone color to the latex to give the mask a skin tone base coat.

    mask continued #3, the mask shifts from skin tone to a maroon wash to hit the deeper spots.
