I am going to have a private VIP party for my family and some freinds. I want to have a killer opening night. Does anyone have any ideas for a killer opening night?

What do you mean by "killer?" Do you mean it as a very scary party or killer as in a very awesome party?

    Fun haunt games to play!
Do a Google search to find some kewl ideaz on party gamez geared towards Halloween.
Also try to get some of those drink galeese that lightup with LEDs.
They were a huge hit at all my haunt partiez!
    Find em on Ebay.
Also, I must say that I am a bit disappointed that I wuzn't invited!

If memory serves me correctly, you don't have much cash to spend, correct? So, you want ideas that are frugal, right?

One last question before I suggest anything...

Where is the party going to be held?

I guess it all goes together and makes sense.
You don't have much money(broke) and then YOU are getting a saddle!

Your are 17 right and looking for easy suggestions fr entertaining?

I assume that if it is a party with family and friends you will be serving food. Check out some receipes for food and drinks and give them interesting names such as

    Swamp juice - punch
    Zombie fingers -
Voodoo food (anything with a bit of spice! or cajun seasoning)
    Monster Munch or Crunch
    Death by Chocolate

Make a tape or CD of some fun Halloween themed music (you can even use music from Horror movies)
Put a horror movie on the TV (sound off) as background images
Position or turn down lights (use candles as well) for mood lighting
Collect some leaves and use these a decorations
Make a table centre piece using branches
    Carve a pumpkin

    Play charades (horror themed)
Have a Quiz game (horror theme) How do you kill a werewolf?

Ask everyone to dress up in a costume and have a costume contest.

and most of all have fun!!
