    Just write on a sign...
We can not be responsible for any accidents that may occour in this attraction. If you wish to enter be it on your own accord

Check with your home owners insurance policy. Im guessing it wont cover events like that on your property. As far as the "warning sign" goes, they do not hold up in court. Neither do the warnings on tickets and verbal warnings. If someone gets hurn you will be found liable. Anyone doing a haunt event should have insurance!

    Oli,

A sign just isn't enough... a haunt can be sue'd or shut down if an accident happens! No matter what the event, it's always best to have insurance! Sometimes, it's required by state! -Tyler

does anybody know the URLs to these two new insurance companies?

I am looking for one to cover my haunted yard/fundraiser for Make A Wish Foundation.

If anybody knows a good insurance company for this, please let me know ASAP

I just happened to come across this thread and wonder if the STICKY should be removed since the two companies apparently originally listed no longer off the service.

Contact Robin Walker at the InPro insurance group. I have used them for the last 4 years.
